[pnfs] Server side patches

Hi Rahul

0010-Add-function-to-setup-callback-channel-on-the-server.patch declares an
nfs41_probe_callback() function that shares a lot of code with the
nfs4_probe_callback function.

You should separate out the common code into a 'setup_callback' function,
and call it from each probe function.
