Performance patches
1) more slots:
this just sets the default slot # to 64. We are using 128 slots in our
transatlantic tests. it would be best to allocate sessions slots to respond
to the umount : change rpc_slot table via /proc : mount mechanism. how hard
is this?
2) Dean's read fix
will apply, but it does not apply as is. tabs have changed, and the patch
splits lines. Dean - can you resend?
3) use hostname not IP addr for exchange id
applied
4) allow repeat RPC
