Hi Andy,

I took a look at patches 1-5 and they look good. The changes to use
nfs_session and nfs4_session instead of nfs_server make sense. I've
pushed patches 1-5 to 2.6-latest.

I did not push patch 6, since it implemented some of the same changes
that a previous commit already checked in. Some of the changes in patch
6 also caused compilation problems when CONFIG_PNFS was not enabled.
Specifically bracketing all of fs/nfsd/nfs4pnfsds.c between #ifdef
CONFIG_PNFS requires more changes to fs/nfsd/nfs4proc.c and
fs/nfsd/nfs4state.c to avoid invoking functions that do not get compiled
in.
