[pnfs] Server patch added to 2.6.18.3 master branch

Marc noted that the NFSv4.0 client did not work against the current
2.6.18.3server. This patch (applied to the master branch)
does not set the server's current session for NFSv4.0, and allows
NFSv4.0clients to function normally.

A linux-2.6.23-rc4 NFSv4.0 client passes all connectathon tests.
