Hi Mike

Please use git send-email, or attach the patch separately. It is difficult
for me to apply the patches when they are produced by microsoft exchange due
to all the cruft in the 'origional message'

stuff like = is =3D, spaces are =20, and the whole microsoft exchange html
crap at the end!
