[pnfs] [RFC 0/7] fix nfs41 callbacks for 2.6.25

The following patchset provides some fixes to the callback
path for 2.6.25.  The initial port to 2.6.25 didn't work
as there was a missing link for processing svc_rqst's 
as they were missing a svc_xprt.

Please review the patches.  I'm still working on a bug that
happens with the patchset applied when I mount the server twice
over an existing mountpoint (without unmounting :)

Any help with debugging this will be appreciated.
