[pnfs] I've started implementing GFS2 get layout and starting to try running

When I enable debug (client and server are same machine), I get the
following messages (filtering with grep layout):

Any thoughts what might be wrong, I thought from last weeks call I
didn't need the get device info calls.

I'm not getting into my get layout call at all (I have a printk at the
top of it).
