was "opaque lrf_body<>" taken into account?

decode_stateid_maxsz, plus lrs_present was not taken into account
(the stateid is optional in LAYOUTRETURN4res.)

unrelated to this patch, think this better be coded as
WRITE32(args->time_modify_changed != 0)
to make sure the boolean value is either 0 or 1 (as per STD0067/RFC4506)

There's an opaque lrf_body missing here.
For now we need to encode a size of 0, but in the future this is
metadata the layout driver needs to be able to encode.

time_access_changed can removed as well.

can we keep the fields in the same order as in the protocol?
(i.e. stateid right before lastbytewritten)

what about nfs4_pnfs_layoutreturn_res?
