[pnfs] [PATCH 00/25] pnfs block patches (retry)

(My original 00 patch seems to have been eaten, so...)

These patches implement block layout for the (draft 13) client.
I had to add quite a few new hooks, so wanted to get this out for discussion
at bake-a-thon.

Patches containing "fix" either are bug fixes or are changes that would
affect other drivers.  In particular, some version of the first patch,
which changes the return value interpretation of pnfs_readpages and
pnfs_writepages, is necessary for me.

The other hook additions are in the patches that do not begin with
"pnfs: block"
