[pnfs] [PATCH 00/25] pnfs block patches

Fred, I'm going to merge this patchset into a branch off of pnfs-d19,
let's call it pnfs-block-v0 for now, so we can work on it while in bakeathon.
Eventually, the generic patches will be merged into either the nfs41 or 
pnfs branches and the pnfs-block branch will contain only the block
layout type specific contents.

I suggest we all move to working now over the pnfs-block branch since
it contains some API changes.

I'll hang panlayout on top of it and I'd like to ask everybody to make
sure panlayout compiles if you make any changes that might affect it.
