[pnfs] [ANNOUNCE] [PATCH 0/25]: Panasas OSD Layout Driver

I've released our layout driver onto the "panlayout" branch
of git://linux-nfs.org/~bhalevy/linux-pnfs.git
(currently based off of "client-layout-cache")

It is divided into a generic layer which will change little
moving forward to pNFS over standard OSD layout and a
panfs_shim layer providing code to convert pnfs-obj 
data structures (as of http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-nfsv4-pnfs-obj-04)
into their Panasas equivalents and code calling into
the top of Panasas OSD I/O stack.

The layout driver also consists of pNFS OSD XDR functions
to decode the pnfs-osd layout type data structures coming off the wire.
