[pnfs] [ANNOUNCE] [PATCH 0/25]: Panasas OSD Layout Driver

Just to make it clear, this layout driver is not intended to
be pushed upstream.  It is provided here for reference as its
generic part is not expected to change much moving forward to
the standard OSD layout driver.  It is also a bit easier for
me to maintain it in tree rather than out of tree.
