Hi Marc and pnfs-ites

With these 10 patches against the pnfs branch of the 2.6.24-rc7 version of
the git://linux-nfs.org/~bhalevy/linux-pnfs.git tree, I'm able to read and
write large files, and pass the basic connectathon test.

The special connectathon test passes the holey test, but fails:

second check for lost reply on non-idempotent requests
testing 50 idempotencies in directory "testdir"
stat 1: bad file type/size 0100611/137438953473

The general connectathon tests fail on the GPFS server, with the attached
panic log message.
The server is running a pre-benny merge 2.6.24-rc4 git://linux-
nfs.org/~labiaga/linux-pnfs-2.6-latest.git.

I'm not totally convinced that the GPFS data server is completely at fault
-I think these patches are close to being correct. Could you help test them?

Thanks

-->Andy
