[pnfs] cb_change_state() export op

	howdy, folks,

	quick question for you: in fs/nfsd/export.c:cb_change_state(), the 
void *p argument is cast to a struct pnfs_get_state.  since 
cb_change_state() seems to be intended for use as the mechanism by which 
an MDS revokes stateids from DSes when a file is closed, shouldn't the 
argument passed in instead be a struct pnfs_inval_state or something along 
those lines?
