[pnfs] linux-pnfs git status 2008-07-15

The pnfs tree is now based on 2.6.26 and passes connectathon tests
against a v4 server, v4.1 server, files based pnfs server (pnfsd-lexp),
and panasas objects server.

I'm almost finished with reordering the nfs41 series (well at least
the client side which is much bigger) and will send it for internal
review Thursday at the latest.
