[pnfs] wireshark

All the wireshark patches I know of are upstream now, thanks also to
Steve Dickson.  I updated

	git://linux-nfs.org/~bfields/wireshark.git master

to their latest svn.  

Steve seems willing to take over funneling any wireshark patches to
upstream.  But I'm also happy to keep that git repo updated with our
outstanding patches.  So probably just send anything you have to both of
us.
