[pnfs] [PATCH 0/17] nfs41: sessions client cleanup patches

This patchset cleans up "nfs41: sessions client infrastructure"
that I split into a set of several smaller and self sufficient
patches in the nfs41-2.6.25 branch that is being ported to
2.6.26.  This was done to isolate the conflicts with changes 
made in 2.6.26, in particular around open/lock stateid
manipulation and in preparation for review of these patches
and merging upstream.
