Yes, I tested with your patches (on the nfs41 branch) and I was able to
nicely mount v4 and v4.1 concurrently.  I verified that delegation
recalls over v4 were handled, while the v4.1 callback service remained
registered.   Your patches did not apply cleanly to the pnfs branch, so
I was unable to test your patches and mine together for pNFS.
