[pnfs] Kernel crash screenshot

When I fixed this before the bakeathon, it was an xdr size issue in not 
keeping the #defines at the top of nfs4xdr.c up to date with our xdr 
code.  I'm assuming we changed some code during the bakeathon that broke 
it again.  So that would be a place to start looking....
