After doing some reorganization of the nfs41 and pnfs patchsets
in preparation for rebasing onto 2.6.25 I merged the patches 
listed below.

The current tree structure is:
$ git-rebase-tree -p
master
        upstream
                nfs41
                        pnfs
                                pnfs-block-v0
                                panlayout

where master points at v2.6.24

The following tags point at the reorganized patchsets
which are equivalent to the state of the tree as of 2008-02-21
in the Austin Bakeathon:
