[pnfs] [PATCH 00/28] block layout patches

These patches implement block layout (draft 5) for the draft-19 client.

The most relevant for the general community are those that do not
begin with pnfsblock.  They add several new hooks, especially in the
write path.  Also, some version of the second patch, which changes the
return value interpretation of pnfs_readpages and pnfs_writepages to
allow fallback to nfs from the layout module read/write code, is
necessary for me.
