Highlights for today:

* Fred's revised patchset for the blocks layout driver merged into
a new branch - pnfs-block-v1 (and pnfs-block-v0 was deprecated)

* Some generic patches out of this patchset were applied onto the upstream
and pnfs branches (thanks Fred!)

* A new "spnfs" branch (sub-branch of pnfs) tracks Dam Muntz's spnfs tree.

* {master,upstream,nfs41}-2.6.25 contain my WIP on rebasing the patchsets onto
2.6.25.  It still has some problems that I need to resolve yet it's good for
previewing.  I'll send a separate message summarizing all the changes that
were required in detail.  The main changes revolve around rpc mechanisms
introduced with the NFS-RDMA work, plus I've made a few fixes, and reorganized
the patchset further.
