To help make *forward* progress I pulled them aside to
a new series so we can all work on stabilizing them.

I updated the tree as follows:
nfs41
        pnfs
                fred-pnfs
                        fred-pnfs-block
                        fred-spnfs
                        fred-panlayout
        nfs41-mount-vers
                pnfs-mount-vers
                        fred-pnfs-mount-vers
                                fred-spnfs-mount-vers

If you work on the minorversion support please submit patches
for nfs41-mount-vers.  Otherwise, please base your work off of
the pnfs series.

At any rate, this structure is about to shrink a bit soon when
I'll merge Fred's latest patches into the pnfs branch.
