	nope, no real reason beyond expediency -- but that's not to say 
that i've anything against KVM, just that i was pressed for time and had 
little experience with either and know a couple friends i could've asked 
for help in a pinch :)

	bruce was somewhat more adventurous and went the KVM/AoE route and 
said that that's working great, too, so i need to pick his brain...
