[pnfs] what happened to pnfs4_proc_write_setup?

 From looking on git-web, it was in 2.6.24, so it must be a merge problem.

Does anyone know how I can get a copy of the 2.6.24 tree prior to 
benny's move to 2.6.25?  I think we are going to need it a lot for the 
BAT.......
